She has particular experience working with adults who have suffered loss and those with anxiety; self-esteem; and relationship issues.
Tracey Ann's way of workingTracey Ann puts each client at the centre of her work and tailors her therapeutic approach to the needs and preferences of each individual She is able to incorporate a range of different therapies into her client work including: counselling, psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness, person centred therapy, transactional analysis, Gestalt therapy, narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy, solution focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
Tracey Ann's background and experienceTracey Ann has worked with individuals experiencing difficulty and distress in a range of settings including: a residential setting, in the voluntary sector, and in private practice.
She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling - granting eligibility for membership with BACP and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills. She is currently undertaking a child counselling course.
