Our centres are open and we continue to offer face-to-face appointments to clients who wish this. All our centres have been equipped to maintain social distancing and to meet stringent hygiene requirements and we continue to work with these in place. We also continue to provide our counselling, CBT, and therapy services online and by telephone via our online portal. To find out more about our therapy services for individuals, couples, children/young people and families, or to book an appointment, please contact us.

Our handpicked team of experienced and highly qualified practitioners have backgrounds in counselling, CBT and psychology and can help with a large number of issues and problems. Whatever your reason for visiting us, we will always tailor our approach to meet your specific needs and preferences – we know everyone’s different!
We know no two people are the same and we will always tailor our approach to focus on meeting and understanding individual needs.
We also know finding the right counsellor, psychologist, cognitive behaviour therapist or coach and approach can be confusing and stressful and we are happy to answer any queries you have, or indeed to set up an initial meeting to talk through what might be best for you.
We very much look forward to hearing from you and thanks again for your interest.
