Following the Scottish lockdown announced on 4 January 2021, we are asking all clients who are able to work online to do so for the present time. We have an online portal where we are able to provide a full range of counselling, CBT, and therapy services to individuals, couples and young people. However our centres remain open and we continue to offer a limited number of in-person appointments for clients who prefer to attend in this way. All our centres have been equipped to maintain social distancing and to meet stringent hygiene requirements (please click here for further information on how we keep you safe). We also continue to provide our counselling, CBT and therapy services online and by telephone via our online portal. To find out more about our therapy services for individuals, couples, children/young people and families, or to book an appointment, please contact us.
First Psychology Dundee offers a range of evidence-based therapy and wellbeing services including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), counselling, psychotherapy, relationship/couples counselling and coaching.
We are located in Dundee city centre, a short walk from Dundee train station. Our location has proved convenient for clients living and working in parts of Dundee and its surrounding areas, such as Broughty Ferry, Barnhill Village, Ninewells and Blackness. And we are within easy reach for those travelling from slightly further afield areas, such as St Andrews, Cupar, Perth, Arbroath, Stirlingshire, Elie and Kirkaldy too.
Our handpicked team of experienced and highly qualified practitioners have backgrounds in counselling, CBT and psychology and can help with a large number of issues and problems. Whatever your reason for visiting us, we will always tailor our approach to meet your specific needs and preferences – we know everyone’s different!
We also realise finding the right counsellor, psychologist, cognitive behaviour therapist or coach is important and know what a confusing and stressful process this can be. Please get in touch if you have any queries – we are always happy to hear from you and can set up an initial meeting to talk through what might suit you best.
We very much look forward to hearing from you and thanks again for your interest.
