Rose is an empathetic and compassionate therapist who tailors her approach to meet the individual needs and preferences of each client. She employs Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as her primary therapeutic approach but may also draw on skills and techniques from a number of other therapies/approaches including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) when she feels these may be helpful.Rose's background and training
Rose has experience working with clients in various settings and she is currently a ward visitor volunteer in the NHS. In addition, she has experience working in roles that have provided her with a solid foundation in both research and clinical practice, including assistant psychologist and research assistant roles.
